Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales tax and VAT collection and remittance, invoicing, fraud screening, chargebacks, customer service inquiries related to billing, and refunds.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, engage in fraud, spam, harassment or abuse, infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, introduce malware, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Service, including all software, content, design, branding, trademarks, copyright, and documentation, is owned by Andrew Worden and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, abuse of the Service, or violations of acceptable use. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.
IEP Co-Teacher, operated by Andrew Worden, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. The refund window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle is responsible for processing refunds and issuing credit notes. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your transaction, or email hello@iepcoteacher.com and we will assist you in coordinating the refund with Paddle.
After the 30-day refund window, subscriptions continue to renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page.

We collect the following categories of personal data: identity and account data (full name, email address, hashed password, school or organization name); contact data (email address, support correspondence); transaction and billing data (billing name, billing address, country, last four digits of payment card, transaction amount, currency, invoice history, tax identifiers); student data you enter (student names, IEP goals, accommodations, progress data points); technical and usage data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages visited, error logs, cookies and session identifiers); marketing and communications preferences.
We share personal data with the following recipients and data processors: Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our payment service provider and Merchant of Record, is named as a recipient and processor of personal data including your name, email address, billing address, country, IP address, and transaction details, in order to process your purchases, manage subscriptions, calculate and remit sales tax and VAT, prevent fraud, and issue refunds. We also share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, AI inference providers, analytics and error monitoring providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
